Elizabeth was born and raised in the Mississippi Delta, but ventured far south - Miami, and far north - New York, for college. She received her BA of Liberal Arts from Sarah Lawrence College in Westchester, New York, in 2004, and attended the Chautauqua School of Art Summer Institute. In pursuant to her life as an artist, she waits tables at Posecai's Restaurant in Greenville, assists the Greenville Arts Council, and teaches sculpture to special education students. She has worked with many mediums, including oil and watercolor, and has made books and other three-dimensional objects, but, as of recent, primarily paints with acrylics on canvas.
